I'm a Director of Product and a full IC. I own strategy and OKRs across five squads, and I'm also the one writing the tickets, running the user interviews, and shipping the prototypes.

My background spans consumer UX, data intelligence, and AI. I've built personalization systems, LLM-powered dashboards, commerce workflows, and internal AI agents.

Lately I've been leaning hard into AI-assisted building: using Cursor, V0, and Claude Code to prototype faster, test riskier ideas, and get to signal before writing a single eng ticket.

  • Built Clawbot, an internal AI agent that auto-scores and routes Linear tickets by ARR impact, saving 4 hrs/week per PM and improving sprint planning accuracy across all squads.
  • Architected the Intelligence Dashboard: LLM classification, KPI workflow tracking, and the platform's first conversational AI interface. Drove 28% AI feature adoption and a 14% engagement lift since launch.

  • Drove full redesign of the consumer web app from zero to 1,900 MAU in months. +32% user interactions and +10% registration conversion via iterative onboarding discovery.
  • Launched a curated events and scheduling module with personalized discovery and waitlisting. Events MAU grew 76% over 10 months (3,309 to 5,814).
  • Shipped Service Requests commerce: checkout, credits, invoicing, inventory management, and scaled pricing, bringing end-to-end transaction capability to the platform.
  • Generated AI-assisted code prototypes using Cursor, V0, and Claude Code; deployed across 250+ sales campaigns: 157 MQLs, 250 new contacts, $3M ARR.
